Here you'll find news of my books, behind the scenes looks, first glimpses of covers, layouts of the town or studio and much more. Today I wanted to touch base with an excerpt of Book 3 in my Bijou Basin series - Elemental Exposure. Stay tuned for that below.

For those of you who are new - I hadn't realized how OLD my welcoming email was - it was quite some time ago, and things have changed, including me taking a short story off Wattpad - it wasn't the place for me. Apologies if you went there, in search for it. Stay tuned to the newsletters, as I'll be giving that story some love and putting it on StoryOrigin by next month so it's available for free to those who want to read it.

I did update the welcoming email, as so much more has changed than what it had - it was old! Here's the current status for me and my books:

Natural Exposure - Book 1 of the Bijou Basin series, and the center around which all other books will revolve.
A Bijou Basin - Book 0.5 of the Bijou Basin series. This is set just weeks prior to the events of NaEx. It was my first foray into 3rd person and it didn't go well, so for now, it's been removed from Wattpad, and will soon be up on Story Origin as a free Reader Magnet.
A Discovery of BDSM - Book 1 of the Bijou Basin Book Bites - a series of short stories to novelettes surrounding the characters of BB. The first one is set 21 years prior to the events of NaEx (will be a free Reader Magnet on SO after 3/5/21).
Negative Exposure - Book 2 of the Bijou Basin series
An Exploration of BDSM - Book 2 of the Bijou Basin Book Bites. The second one is set 19 years prior to the events of NaEx.
Elemental Exposure - Currently editing Book 3 of the Bijou Basin series
An Erotic Writer's Planner - a 2021 planner for writers with a NSFW erotic theme.

In addition to everything Bijou Basin, I have written a partial first draft of a mystery, but that will have to be on another pen name. That news will come down the road, as my focus is on completing Elemental Exposure at this time.

Speaking of, how about a sneak peek? In this part (subject to small changes), Ripley's wondering how so many friends (25ish in their extended group, 15 in their "core" group) met and came to be friends.

Chapter 08

“How about Friday the fourth? A good anniversary celebration?”

“What anniversary?” Ripley asks.

“Felicity met Donovan fifteen years ago on the third.”

My friend shakes her head in response. “That’s not what I meant, and you know it.”

“So, what do you mean?” Ripley questions, glancing between us.

I turn and smile at her. “It’s our fifteenth wedding anniversary.”

“Wow. How come I didn’t know that? And do you celebrate anniversaries when you don’t do birthdays?”

“Meh, it depends. It is the only thing that means anything to us, so this lot,” I indicate the ladies, “typically do something because I sorta brought the group together.”

“Sorta?” Felicity snorts. “No sorta about it.” The others nod, while Ripley looks baffled.

“I’ve wondered about that. I mean… There are a few things I gathered about how some of you met, but not the complete picture of how it came to be so many people and such a close nit group of friends.” She waves her hand, incorporating the others in different parts of the studio.

“Sit back then, sugar. I’ve got a story for you.”

I laugh and shake my head at Felicity. “Here we go,” I mumble, with a grin, before settling back into my seat. With Felicity telling the story, none of the rest of us will get to say anything.

An Exploration of BDSM - Released today!

New Year - New Newsletter

So glad you've subscribed.

Welcome to the New Year. Apologies for disappearing off the end of the radar. 2020 was something. For us, it was fine for most of it, but near the end our dog was having issues (she's better), so it got a little crazy for us, plus NaNo in November, and that just led to a quiet end of the year.

So I am BACK and ready to send these out regularly, to get back into a routine. Even with a lot going on outside of my books and writing, there's still been a lot going on within it.

Since the release of book 2 of the Bijou Basin series, I haven't been idle. For NaNoWriMo in November, I wrote a partial first draft of a completely unrelated book to the BB series, which was my first. My attention's divided now, but I like the new one - it's a Mystery.

After that, I ended up creating The Erotic Writer's Planner, when I went in search of one for myself and couldn't find ones I like. It's geared for Erotic Writer's, as I've added NSFW content, but of course, anyone could use it. It features:

Project Planning & Tracking

Finally, I published a second novelette titled An Exploration of BDSM. It picks up right where A Discovery of BDSM leaves off, having Kenzie experience what it's like to be submissive for the first time. An Exploration of BDSM is up for Pre-Order now, and goes live 2/4/21.
